Our Story

Our mission is to be a long-term strategic partner to research and insights companies. We don't view ourselves as an outsourced vendor. We are your internal team, just sitting in a different office.

We combine deep industry DNA with high-level creative strategy. This allows us to take your complex methodologies and turn them into compelling stories that buyers actually understand.

You don’t have to explain stuff like ‘ethno’, ‘sample’, ‘brand tracker’, or ‘LOI’ to us. We can write knowledgeably about research and you’ll bump into us at most industry events.

Over the past decade, he’s worked with countless insights companies globally to bring strategy, creatives, and copy together to inspire growth. Norbert is a passionate DE&I advocate, a member of ESOMAR, and has been shortlisted for industry awards such as the Greenbook Future List.

Ashleigh has 10+ years of experience in marketing, project management, and client services across many industries. She enjoys the ever-evolving nature of marketing and how strategic data and design can create compelling stories and bring people together. Ashleigh currently lives in Nashville, TN, and enjoys trail hiking, exploring the local food scene, and investing in and connecting with other creatives / makers in their community. Originally from India, she loves traveling and experiencing new cultures, and has bungee jumped from the second-highest point in the world.

Chris is a seasoned Google Ads specialist with over 25 years of experience in paid and organic search. His career began back when Altavista was the search engine of choice. This history gives him a unique, long-term perspective. Over the years, he has successfully scaled search strategies for everyone from agile startups to Fortune 500 companies. Today, Chris lives in his hometown of Dickson, TN, with his wife and children. He plays guitar, bass, and drums. He also records songs that he insists the public isn't ready to hear yet.
